2/3 PHASE SEPARATOR SYSTEM/ SKIDS
  • Primary equipment for separations of Liquid & Gas (2 Phase) or Oil, Water & Gas (3 Phase) from Oil Well Stream

INDIRECT WATER BATH HEATER
  • Gas Fired Indirect Water Bath Heaters Designed in full compliance to API specifications
  • Natural Draft Burners, directly mounted on fire tube. Forced draft burner also provided as per requirement
  • Precise temperature control of water bath
  • Removable single or double fire tube design
  • Heating coil also removable
  • Burners system complete with pilot, Main Burner, Gas Trains, Spark ignitor with transformer provided
  • Flame arrestors at burners and stack top provided
  • Large heating capacity up to 5 million K.Cal/Hr.
  • Insulation can be provided as per option

KNOCKOUT DRUMS/ SCRUBBERS
  • Used for solid/ liquid separation from gas stream
  • Remove solid & liquid particles greater the 10 micron with 100% efficiency
  • VANE/ MESH/ Multi-cyclone design
  • Prevent re-entrainment of separated particles
  • Low pressure drops
  • Large collection volumes
  • Provision for automated liquid level monitoring & liquid removal

GAS CONDITIONING, REGULATING & METERING SYSTEMS
  • Ensures supply of dry & dust free gas
  • Generally it comprises of a 1x100% knockout drums & 2x100% filter separators together with indirect water bath heaters (as per service requirement) complete with inter connecting piping valves, instrumentation, electrical and PLC based control panels for unattended & smooth operation, separation & removal of liquid from the gas stream
  • Compact, well engineered skid mounted layout to facilitate easy access to all valves, instruments, filter elements
  • Condensate tanks & vent stack also provided
  • Stainless steel piping used downstream of filter separators to ensure the gas is free from pipeline rust etc
As per client requirement pressure, regulating & metering system are provide, as a part of the gas conditioning system ore separately The key features are:
  • Compact, skid mounted or in cabinet gas metering stations
  • Reliable & proven equipment like pressure regulators, slam shut valves, flow meters & flow totalizers used
  • High accuracy in pressure regulation as well as flow measurements

FILTERS SEPARATORS/ DRY GAS FILTERS
  • For remove or liquid/ solid particles down to 1 micron with 99.9% efficiency
  • Horizontal/ Vertical Designs
  • High performance, proven make, coalescing type glass fiber elements used in primary section
  • Secondary section provided with efficient impingement separators to remove coalesced liquid
  • In horizontal filter separators, separate down comers from primary & secondary sections pass liquid to sump to prevent re-entrainment
  • Large liquid collections volumes
  • Equipment provided with quick opening closures for quick access to filter elements

  • Traps provided with quick opening closures
  • Pressure warning device quick opening closures provided
  • Traps capable of handling specified type/ No. Of Pigs
  • Traps also provided with suitable slope for complete drainage & ease in launching Pigs.
  • M.O.C. carbon steel or stainless steel are required
  • Scrapper traps conforming to NACE Specifications also manufactured
